Man loses leg and becomes paralyzed after hospital visit

Ohio residents may be interested in a medical malpractice lawsuit involving the John Cochran VA Medical Center in St. Louis. An Army veteran, postal worker and father of three became paralyzed at the age of 43 as the result of several alleged medical mistakes. After hearing the case, a judge ordered the hospital to pay $8.3 million in damages. According to the victim's attorney, part of the money will be used to move him into a home that is wheelchair accessible.

Wrongful death liability suit brought against Red Bull

Chances are you’ve heard of Red Bull, even if you’re not an occasional or avid drinker of the company’s hugely popular energy drink of the same name. Statistics provided by the company indicate that Red Bull -- an Austrian company created in 1987 and reportedly the world’s largest energy drink manufacturer -- has sold more than 35 billion cans of its product over the past quarter century.
